About the role
Date : 03/29/2024 Job Description : Duties include designing, developing, debugging, testing & maintaining projects in SAP implementation with real-time functional experience of SAP portfolio of tools & products including HCM; Change Management process involving Test & Change Plan, Test Scripts, Unit Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Integration of Success Factors modules with SAP HCM in Dell Boomi Atom Sphere and SAP PI; Prepare Functional specifications, coordinate with other developers in creation of test scenarios, testing for enhancements or bug fixing; Conduct module and process discovery workshops to collect and document client requirements; Document requirements in module workbooks and related system documentation; Document project activities, issues and risks; Provide proactive input to eliminate issues and risks with module implementation; Provide training to administrators and system users; Develop required training materials and job aids for the related modules. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Science/ Business Administration w/ 5 yr of experience. Jobsite: Grand Rapids, MI.
