Salesforce Business Analyst

Date : 08/29/2022 Job Description : Job is located at Grand Rapids, Michigan. May also require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally. Analyze business requirements and translate requirements to technical specifications. Map business process and requirements onto the capabilities of Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform. Write user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions. Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce technologies. Write project documentation and conduct customer product demonstrations. Support implementations of projects in Salesforce. Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, and 2 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies.
