Backend Developer - Node, Go

Responsibilities: Build high-performance backend services in Node.js and Golang.Design APIs that don't just work - but scale cleanly.Get deep into SQL (data modelling, query tuning, real-world performance).Own features end-to-end, from idea prod iteration.Work closely with Product and Frontend to ship fast and ship right.Debug, optimise, and harden systems used by thousands daily. Requirements: 2-5 years of solid backend engineering experience.Strong hands-on work with Node.js and Golang.Comfort with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL, indexing, joins, performance).Experience building and maintaining production APIs.Clear thinking around systems, trade-offs, and scale.Exposure to Next.js / React.js (full-stack curiosity counts).Experience with microservices, queues, or async systems.Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD.Startup or consumer-scale product experience.
