What You'll Do Partner with Product teams to identify high-impact Machine Learning opportunities aligned with business goals. Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to engineer reliable features and build scalable data pipelines. Build, train, and deploy ML models for: Personalized recommendations & matchmaking Pricing and discount optimization User discovery, ranking & recommendation systems Fraud detection and risk mitigation Churn, conversion & propensity prediction Collaborate with Engineering teams to productionize models using APIs, Docker, CI/CD , and AWS . Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate product improvements. Monitor model performance, data drift, and business KPIs to ensure continuous optimization. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning within Consumer Internet or B2C Product companies . Proven experience shipping 45 ML models into production end-to-end. Hands-on expertise in at least 23 of the following: Recommendation Systems Fraud & Risk Detection Pricing & Optimization Models Churn & Propensity Modeling Strong programming skills in Python and SQL , along with Git, Docker & CI/CD . Experience working with AWS/GCP , data warehouses ( Redshift/BigQuery ), and BI tools like Looker/Tableau . Strong understanding of Machine Learning , NLP , Anomaly Detection , and User Profiling .
