About the role
Role & responsibilities Single Point of Contact for all SAP and IT needs for HR Department. Implementation and maintenance of multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, responsible for complete Life Cycle implementations on-going and planned. Budget Planning and Ownership Team Management - In-house and vendors Stakeholder and Vendor management aligned with business outcomes. Preferred candidate profile SAP HCM leader with at least 17 + years of experience in IT / SAP. Hard-core SAP Technical resource with multiple SAP Successfactors and SAP HR Implementation and Configuration experience. Should have SAP-on-Premises experience. Experience with AI/Automation BOTS tools Industry experience in HR transformation projects across varied industries. Should have managed large teams Excellent communication and presentation skills. .
