About the role
Role & responsibilities : - Single Point of Contact for all SAP and IT needs for HR Department. - Implementation and maintenance of multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, responsible for complete Life Cycle implementations on-going and planned. - Budget Planning and Ownership. - Team Management - In-house and vendors. - Stakeholder and Vendor management aligned with business outcomes. Preferred candidate profile : - SAP HCM leader with at least 17+ years of experience in IT / SAP. - Hard-core SAP Technical resource with multiple SAP Successfactors and SAP HR Implementation and Configuration experience. - Should have SAP-on-Premises experience. - Experience with AI/Automation BOTS tools. - Industry experience in HR transformation projects across varied industries. - Should have managed large teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. .
