GAT - Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets. Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing processes. Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports. Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations. Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards on the shop floor. Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Candidate Requirements Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and production planning. Good communication and teamwork skills.
