About the role
Techno-Functional Engineer/ Application Support Engineer LOS & LMS (Python) Job Responsibilities Provide L1 & L2 support for LOS, LMS, and related applications.Coordinate with LOS/LMS Software development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.Understand Python-based application logic and assist in debugging and troubleshooting.Review API requests/responses and integration issues.Conduct UAT and verify releases before production deployment.Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support.
