Site Manager (Operation & Maintenance)

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Operation, Maintenance, and Testing of AIS (up to 33kV) / GIS Panel (up to 220kV) Substation including Transformer, Panel, Switchyard Bay, CRP, Earthing System, etc., your role at Siemens will involve managing a Maintenance team to achieve agreed objectives, deliver best practice results, add value, and drive continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a Maintenance team to meet agreed objectives and deliver best practice results - Monitoring the usage of tools and equipment and ensuring their availability for assigned tasks - Establishing, implementing, training, and monitoring maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams - Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement - Supporting, complying with, and ensuring complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures - Taking responsibility for budget control, spares management, site contracts management, and the ongoing improvement of the maintenance systems - Managing a variety of cross-functional team members - Communicating effectively with Customers, Vendors, and other stakeholders Your skill set should include Site Management, Testing of Electrical Systems, Presentation Skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Supervisory License of the state (Maharashtra / UP). The job location can be Navi Mumbai or Noida based on site location, and you should be ready to relocate as per business requirements.
