About the role
BA / Data Analyst Experience: 10 – 15 years About the Role • Looking for a Strong techno-functional expertise (SQL/Python + domain knowledge) • The role involves working with business stakeholders, navigating ERP data, and troubleshooting data/technical issues. Key Responsibilities: • Quality Control Tower: Product release tracking (raw, bulk, finished goods), KPI reporting, and drill-down analytics • Platform: Drive user adoption, training, and use case development • Consumer & Product Analytics: NLP-based sentiment analysis from complaints and feedback to support product improvement and market surveillance Required Skills: • Technical: Strong in SQL & Python; experience with data pipelines, analytics platforms, and data lake/integration environments • Functional: Strong pharma quality domain knowledge (QC, batch release, workflows) • Core Capability: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work independently with minimal supervision
