As a member of the dynamic MCU Validation team, you will play a crucial role in post-silicon validation and characterization of various analog blocks, analog/digital peripherals, and chip systems. Your collaboration with design, verification, apps, and architecture groups will contribute to delivering high-performance, low-power solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence, creating an exciting environment for your professional growth and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute system-level validation plans based on customer use cases and cross-functional teams requirements - Create embedded firmware (C/Assembly) for validation scenarios using HAL/driver layers - Build automation frameworks in Python to control lab instruments like oscilloscopes, SMUs, spectrum analyzers, and AWGs - Validate and characterize analog, digital, and mixed-signal subsystems on silicon - Debug system-level issues and collaborate with design, firmware, and applications teams - Analyze results, identify failure modes, and drive root cause analysis - Document validation results to contribute to product quality and release readiness - Drive infrastructure development for the automated silicon characterization platform - Implement work processes for efficiency and high product quality - Mentor team members and lead validation projects in a cross-functional team environment Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in system-level validation/characterization of SoCs or MCUs - Proficiency in embedded firmware development (C/Assembly) using HAL/driver frameworks - Ability to extract and interpret register-level details from datasheets/reference manuals - Experience building automation frameworks, preferably in Python, for validation workflows - Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, SMU, AWG, etc.) - Strong understanding of ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V architectures - Hands-on experience validating blocks such as DCDC converters, LDOs, Brown-Out Detectors, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, Op-Amps, etc. - Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and board layouts - Experience in version control software framework like Git - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of RF systems and experience with wireless SoCs - Hands-on experience in hardware design or schematic capture - Familiarity with production test flows In addition to the technical aspects, you will join a team that values work/life balance, offers Equity Rewards (RSUs), insurance plans, National Pension Scheme (NPS), flexible work policy, and childcare support. Join us to make a significant impact on cutting-edge silicon solutions and enjoy a welcoming and fun work environment.
