About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Design and develop battery management systems (BMS) for lithium-ion batteries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS designs into electric vehicle powertrains. Conduct testing and validation of BMS components to ensure reliability, safety, and performance. Develop technical documentation and provide support for production planning. Job Requirements : 2-8 years of experience in the field of battery management system engineering or related area. Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and its applications in EVs. Proficiency in designing complex electronic circuits using CAD software such as Altium Designer or equivalent.
