Manufacturing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production processes, including plant layout, equipment selection, and workflow analysis. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensors, IoT devices) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence. Lead projects related to manufacturing engineering, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Job Requirements : 14-28 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Strong background in process engineering, process layout, or industrial engineering. Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel or specialized software like Minitab or SAS.
