Full Stack Developer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 1. 5 years of experience to join our product engineering teaM In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a microservices-based multi-tenant framework using the MERN stack, while also enabling seamless integrations with Python-based applications that leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and the Azure AI Library. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain microservices using Node Js/Express Js in a multi-tenant architecture. Build end-to-end solutions using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express Js, React Js, Node Js). Integrate front-end components with backend logic for seamless performance and UX. Develop and integrate with Python-based services and APIs (Flask/FastAPI) that implement RAG workflows and LLMs. Leverage the Azure AI Library for embedding AI-powered features into applications. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for internal services and external third-party integrations. Optimize backend performance with efficient code, data structures, and caching mechanisms. Use Azure (or AWS) cloud services for deployment, monitoring, autoscaling, and system health. Work with both relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to manage distributed data. Follow DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus). Ensure data security, system availability, and compliance in a cloud-native environment. Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams. Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 1. 5 years experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer. Hands-on expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB or MySQL, Express Js, React Js, Node Js). Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development. Practical exposure to Python web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI. Experience integrating or developing AI capabilities using RAG, LLMs, or Azure AI Services. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable). Working knowledge of containerization tools (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus). Proficient in database design, performance tuning, and managing distributed data systems. Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, application security, and scalability. Version control experience (preferably Git). Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. ">
