About the role
Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Architect software projects, design modules, and lead module development. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, UI/UX). Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect resolution and high-quality outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership. Travel to client sites to meet stakeholders and ensure project alignment. Follow structured approaches to close projects effectively and document learnings. Requirements / Qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Civil, or related field. 8+ years in software development. 3+ years managing multiple projects (minimum 5+ years for must-have requirement). Hands-on experience with Web Full Stack or .NET Full Stack. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
