About the role
As an enthusiastic programmer and engineer, you will be responsible for building high-performance Android and Flutter applications using Kotlin, Dart, and other mobile development tools and frameworks. Your role involves converting wireframes and designs to pixel-perfect UI and consistent UX, targeting mobile applications for both phones and tablets. You will own, execute, and deliver products/features end-to-end from planning to design to development to deployment. It is essential to write reusable, testable, well-documented, and efficient code while demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with good judgment. You should be able to work independently, multi-task effectively, and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies. Responsibilities: - Build high-performance Android and Flutter applications using Kotlin, Dart, and other mobile development tools and frameworks - Convert wireframes and designs to pixel-perfect UI and consistent UX - Build mobile applications targeted both at phones and tablets - Own, execute, and deliver products/features end-to-end from planning to design to development to deployment - Writing reusable, testable, well-documented, and efficient code - Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Quick learner and stays up-to-date on emerging technologies Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin - 1-2 years of experience in Flutter development using Dart - Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. - Experience integrating REST APIs in the application - Experience working with push notifications - Experience with concurrency, asynchronous coding paradigm - Understanding of design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, etc - Understanding of coding principles such as SOLID, KISS - Good computer science fundamentals and logical reasoning - Experience working with version control tools such as Git Additional Company Details: SiteRecon is helping property maintenance contractors in the US to automate property mapping and site visits through our mapping platform.
