Exp:6 to 7 yrs Location:Mumbai Work from Office-24/7 immediate to 1 month We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Operations Lead to manage enterprise Windows infrastructure, server compliance, security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large-scale Windows environments across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage and administer enterprise Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022). * Lead daily server operations, incident management, problem management, and service requests. * Manage Windows server lifecycle including provisioning, migration, decommissioning, and upgrades. * Perform server hardening based on CIS benchmarks and organizational security policies. * Manage monthly patching using tools like Ivanti, SCCM, or equivalent. * Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation using tools such as Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, or similar. * Administer VMware and Nutanix virtual infrastructure. * Manage IIS servers and web application hosting. * Ensure compliance with audit requirements (Internal Audit, RBI, ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.). * Support disaster recovery activities and server migrations across data centers. * Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services. * Monitor server health, performance, and capacity planning. * Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting. * Coordinate with security, network, application, and database teams for issue resolution. * Prepare SOPs, technical documentation, compliance reports, and operational dashboards. * Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers. * Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure change compliance. * Support production environments with 247 operational readiness.
