Providing technical assistance to clients within SLA Willing to work on 24 7 project including shift & weekend Helping customers generate reports Good analytical and communication skills Educational Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent Experience: 3 to 7 yrs of total experience 3+ yrs of experience in Functional knowledge of Oracle Retail POS, Oracle Xstore POS or GK POS is MUST Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis Basic knowledge of Java and SQL Creating reports with Bugzilla, Excel, ppt Experience with SVN, GIT Tools: Bugzilla, Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab Others Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Good to have)
