About the role
As a highly capable and curious leader with strong Data Science experience, you will be leading the Risk Innovation and Analytics team in India. Your role will involve shaping, supporting, and delivering key risk metrics for our Risk division stakeholders through data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address regulatory outputs, develop Power BI reports, solve complex problems, uncover insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives within Risk and Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A). Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced Python (or R) and SQL for data transformation and analytics. - Demonstrate proficiency in version control tools like GitHub. - Work with ADA and Databricks platforms. - Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques effectively. - Handle unstructured data sources such as complaints, NPS, and chat logs. - Utilize visualisation tools like Power BI for data presentation. - Engage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly. - Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions. - Lead, inspire, and mentor teams to achieve impactful business outcomes. - Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Embrace a growth mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and innovation. Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience. Additional Company Details: - Proven experience in developing advanced analytical solutions in a business environment is required. - Domain expertise in Risk will be highly valued.
