Data Scientist - Risk Analytics Team - BFSI

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-growing lending portfolio within the Risk Analytics team. Location: Mumbai Experience: 4+ Years Domain: BFSI (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: - Translate business and credit risk problems into data science solutions - Build and deploy ML models for risk, fraud, KYC, and pricing - Work with bureau data and derive actionable insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Policy, Product, Ops) - Mentor and guide junior data scientists - Present analytical insights to stakeholders Skills Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Python/R, SQL, and ML techniques - Experience with models like Logistic Regression, GBM, etc. - Knowledge of model deployment and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred: - Experience in risk/acquisition scorecards - Prior team handling experience We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-growing lending portfolio within the Risk Analytics team.
