As a Healthcare Revenue Solutions Innovator, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior QA team members. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of QA testers, as well as prioritizing test cases based on risk and impact. Your role will involve leveraging your 3+ years of experience as an automation QA Engineer or Analyst in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and develop junior QA team members - Lead and motivate a team of QA testers - Prioritize test cases based on risk and impact - Perform software testing including functional, exploratory, and regression testing - Implement test automation using tools such as Selenium, SpecFlow BDD Framework, or similar frameworks - Demonstrate basic understanding of coding practices, specifically .Net/C# and object-oriented principles - Utilize basic SQL skills and experience in tools like SQL Server Management Studio - Conduct testing of web services (APIs) using tools like SoapUI, Postman, or similar applications - Apply knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Quickly adapt to new technologies, processes, and changing priorities - Ensure successful delivery of deployments/releases on-time with quality - Support continuous integration/continuous deployment processes - Collaborate effectively to gather input and validate assumptions and feasibility - Maintain a team-oriented mindset with an enthusiastic, problem-solving attitude - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as an automation QA Engineer or Analyst in an Agile environment - Expertise in software testing including functional, exploratory, and regression testing - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, SpecFlow BDD Framework, or similar - Basic understanding of coding practices (.Net/C# and object-oriented principles) - Basic SQL skills and experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar tools - Experience in testing web services (APIs) using tools like SoapUI, Postman, or similar - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and changing priorities - Demonstrated success in delivering deployments/releases on-time with quality - Understanding of supporting continuous integration/continuous deployment - Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset - Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement - Excellent organizational and time management skills Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
