Supplier Quality Engineer

The Quality Specialist is responsible for executing quality assurance processes such as internal audits, investigations and quality improvement plans to enable excellence in execution. Define quality plans required for engineering, manufacturing, operations, functions, customers, and suppliers. Participate in design reviews and criticality assessments of processes as input to QCP development. Develop procedures, work instructions and form necessary to comply with the Quality Management System. Participate in on-site Certification or Customer audits. Monitor the Cost of Non-Quality and the internal process performances. Provide daily technical support as needed with stakeholders. Participate in risk and failure root cause analysis and related internal process or product failures. Lead or Participate in the internal Product Quality (PQ) incident investigation and reports. Ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes. Lead internal (and potentially external) process or technical audits, inspections and quality records. Assist with training team members on new procedures. Participate in the validation /Re-validation the internal critical processes. Write or review critical process procedure and assure compliance.
