Job Title: Cloud WAF Location: Pune, India Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud WAF SME to lead our web application firewall (WAF) initiatives in cloud environments The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining WAF solutions to protect our web applications from security threats Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: - Design, configure, and implement WAF solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Policy Management: - Develop and manage WAF policies, rules, and signatures to mitigate security threats Integration: - Integrate WAF solutions with other security tools and data sources Monitoring and Maintenance: - Monitor WAF systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities, and perform regular maintenance and updates Incident Response: - Respond to security incidents and perform forensic investigations related to WAF Collaboration: - Work with IT, cybersecurity, and development teams to support secure architectures and integrations Compliance: - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed documentation for WAF configurations, processes, and procedures Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with WAF solutions in cloud environments - Preferred certifications: Azure Security Engineer Associate Technical Skills: - Strong experience with WAF technologies (eg, AWS WAF, Azure WAF, Cloudflare, Akamai) - Proficiency in configuring and managing WAF solutions - Knowledge of web application security best practices - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features Education: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
