About the role
Role & responsibilities Business Analytics & Insights Partner with Digital Business leaders to identify growth opportunities and solve business problems using data. Develop dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks to monitor key business and customer metrics. Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, customer behaviour patterns, funnel leakages and business improvement opportunities. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Customer & Portfolio Analytics Analyse customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and cross-sell performance. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer segmentation strategies. Support portfolio performance monitoring across digital lending products. Work closely with Risk and Business teams to evaluate portfolio quality and customer outcomes. Experimentation & Decision Science Design and evaluate A/B tests and controlled experiments for digital initiatives. Develop business cases for new product features and process improvements. Support optimization of digital customer journeys through data-backed recommendations. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver analytics-driven business solutions. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Influence business decisions through analytical storytelling and data visualization. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of 12 analysts. Guide project prioritization, review analytical outputs and support capability development. Foster a culture of analytical excellence, innovation and continuous learning. Preferred candidate profile Candidates must have proficiency in SAS with proven experience of working with large, complex data. Prior experience in an NBFC, Bank, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization is strongly preferred. Note: Candidates based out of Mumbai will be preferred. This is a work from office opportunity.
