Role & responsibilities Analyse the existing Risk policies and propose changes in the policy or credit risk strategy based on segments, location, product, demographics, etc. Build statistical models for solving different business problems like Early Warning Signals identification, Propensity to Foreclose, propensity for C2X, etc. Track and Monitor Risk and Portfolio performance and identify problematic areas to recommend appropriate actions Experience in Loss Forecasting is good to have Understanding of Scorecards (Application and Behaviour) is good to have Experience of analytics related to secured products will be preferred Conduct portfolio analytics and deep dives as required by Product. Develop credit strategies across the customer lifecycle of Origination, Portfolio Management and Collections. Create insights for Retail Risk by studying portfolio trends, performing necessary analytics such as segmentation, profiling, cut-off setting, stress testing, sensitivity analyses Timely identification of shifts in portfolio risk profile and re-aligning risk-measurement tools/codes for effectiveness and continuously enhances data-driven credit decisions Setting up of risk thresholds and helping the collections team in identifying segments with higher roll rates, collection channel efficiency improvement, NPA identification, etc. Analyze and suggest action plans for Credit in terms of TAT, Delinquency, etc. Work with various stakeholders to identify business problems, translate them to Analytics solutions and deliver actionable insights Preferred candidate profile Ideal candidates must have proficiency in SAS(mandatory) with proven experience of working with large, complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications.
