About the role
We are part of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, within the GBTO/FTB division. Our teams in Warsaw, Paris, and Bangalore design and deliver innovative solutions for Financing Business Monitoring . We work in autonomous, agile feature teams, applying best practices in software craftsmanship and DevOps. We’re looking for a skilled Fullstack Java Developer to join our Warsaw team. You’ll contribute to building and enhancing business-critical applications, following a “you build it, you run it” approach, and collaborating closely with international colleagues across France and India. Your future scope of responsibility will cover: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features
Following software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices
Providing production support, bug fixes, and enhancements
Contributing to release management and CI/CD pipelines
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Collaborating within the Dev Chapter and across teams
Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies (3-week sprints)
