Well verse with Jira use for project work. Upskill on the ITSM products and the best practices and guide the team and the business with the latest changes in the ITSM. Provide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices

RTE: Contribute with the Product Management Team and the architects to carry the vision and share it with the teams so that it solutions bring the maximum value to the business Address value chains in transversal mode within a business or several businesses, in order to have optimizations and efficiencies Organize the various ceremonies allowing the good advancement of the ART with the different levels of the company required Ensure the synchronisation of the teams around the train and ensure that the different dependencies with the technical base are properly treated Define with the Product Management Team and the architect(s) the roadmap Ensure that stakeholders, experts and architects work together and adopt the model worn by the train Coordinate the developments and the delivery of the ART based on the system team and on the stakeholders of the Tribes Manage risks, conduct alerts when required, and escalate in case of blocking situations Fluency in French to communicate is mandatory
