About the role
We are looking for an experienced Datastage developer with strong expertise in Datastage, SQL and Unix. Key Responsibilities Independently design, develop, and test DataStage components, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria and software craftsmanship principles. Deliver across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in line with Agile practices. Manage production deployments and provide post‑production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data pipelines. Ensure timely and effective communication with counterparts, stakeholders, and partners. Identify and address recurring production issues and propose improvement actions. Manage and support production batch loads. Perform release validations, ensuring defect‑free deployments. Prepare and maintain metrics, test results, and defect reports.
