Lead Business Analyst Manufacturing

We are looking a Lead Business Analyst to drive digital transformation across Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain. You will bridge business and technology, lead business process improvements, perform fit-gap analysis, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions in an Agile environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories.Collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.Support end-to-end project delivery from blueprinting to go-live.Drive process improvements, testing, data validation, and solution adoption.Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote Agile best practices.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments.Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Fashion, or FMCG industries.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, including:Master Planning & SchedulingProduct Information ManagementInventory ManagementProduction ControlExpertise in business process mapping, requirements management, and solution evaluation.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.Experience working with Manufacturing ERP/MOM solutions.CBAP or ERP certifications are a plus.
