Team Lead (.Net core)

As a Lead- Development at SoftTech Engineers Ltd, located in Pune (Baner 5 days WFO), your role will involve leading a team of .NET core developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET and MS technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership and guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, and mentoring team members. Additionally, you will architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on .NET technologies. Developing and maintaining coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices will be crucial. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Creating reproducible and predictable components and evaluating and understanding external/third-party components will also be essential in this role.
