About the role
Client - Staan Bio-med Work Type - Permanent-FullTime Work Location - Coimbatore (5 Days WFO) Experience - 3+ Years Lead/Senior ML/AI Engineer: We’re building an AI compliance automation platform — real compliance infrastructure, not a chatbot. You will build the AI interpretation layer of our platform. Required skills: Python Experience with LLM APIs Prompt engineering for structured output Production ML systems Debugging model behaviour Understanding probabilistic systems Nice to have: spaCy / Hugging Face Vector databases Retrieval Augmented Generation AI safety patterns You’ll thrive here if You care about correctness over demos You understand model limitations You like building real AI systems You’re comfortable with strict constraints Location: Coimbatore (on-site) Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Production ML required)
