The successful candidate will work closely with UST delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment. Role & Responsibilities Actively contribute to the architecture and design of application platforms. Consistently contribute code, identify and suggest improvements, write tests, and participate in code reviews. Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to gather feedback, shape technical requirements, and maintain the project roadmap. Coordinate development efforts across projects with intermediate and junior developers. Debug production issues quickly and effectively with a focus on improving long-term maintainability. Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible. Qualifications 5+ years of professional development experience with React and Node.js. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong eye for design and solid CSS skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of ownership. Experience working with document and relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL). Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. Some experience leading or coordinating development work with other developers. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
