About the role
Job title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst
Job duties: Extract, transform, and manage data from multiple sources, including databases, data cubes, and user input files, to support business operations and decision-making; develop and maintain performance tracking reports and dashboards to monitor engineering and business processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates; analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and present insights through data visualization techniques; support analytics projects by applying data processing and reporting methodologies to deliver actionable business insights; investigate data inconsistencies, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve data integrity; automate data workflows and reporting processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering and operational initiatives; and prepare technical reports to support data-driven business strategies.
Requirement: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a closely related field, and at least 1 year of experience
