Project Design Engineer

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities::

1. Design and develop automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.

• Study and calculate production cost according to customer RFQ.

• Create 3D CAD data and 2D drawing with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Finite Element Method (FEM), and Production capabilities.

• Chose parts material

• Design structure of automotive parts.

• Create Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR) and manage the schedule.

• Create Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)

• Solve design issue with customers and suppliers.

1. Manage automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.

• Manage the schedule of development and preparation for production.

• Lead the supplier's meeting

• Lead the APQP, PPAP

• Control launch activities at Plant

• Lead the design review.
