Job Title: Senior Configurator – Fusion Risk Management (Technical Role) Experience: 8+years Work Location : Pune/Mumbai Shift Timings : 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM IST Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Configurator with strong hands-on experience in Fusion Risk Management (Fusion RM) to design, configure, and support business resiliency applications. This role is a technical individual contributor position requiring deep expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and solution delivery. Configuration and Development Configure and enhance Fusion Risk Management (mandatory) and associated platforms such as Salesforce, Everbridge, and Power BI Design and build workflows, forms, and data structures within Fusion RM Develop, test, and deploy configurations aligned with business requirements Follow SDLC processes and manage releases Technical Support and Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and system issues Provide L2/L3 support for escalated incidents Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Collaboration and Delivery Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Support project planning and execution Act as a technical subject matter expert for the team Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Fusion Risk Management configuration experience (mandatory) Experience in Business Resiliency, Risk, Compliance, or Audit domain Strong knowledge of workflows, forms, and data modelling in Fusion RM Familiarity with SDLC tools such as JIRA, ADO, or Planview Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education & Certifications : BE/ BTech / BSC /MCA
