Job Title: Tech Lead (Full Stack + AI) Job Location: Hyderabad/Indore Experiences: 8-11 years Job Type: Full time Shift Timings: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (MERN + AI) with strong hands-on expertise and leadership capabilities to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions. This role combines deep technical ownership across MERN stack with applied Generative AI capabilities (RAG, LangChain, LLM integrations). The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can lead squads, collaborate with senior stakeholders (including CTO-level), and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead design and development of full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js Architect scalable and secure systems with a focus on performance, resilience, and maintainability Own end-to-end delivery including backend APIs, frontend UI, and AI integrations Make key decisions on architecture patterns, code quality, and technology adoption AI / GenAI Engineering: Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI or similar) Build solutions leveraging: RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) LangChain / LangGraph frameworks Vector databases and embeddings Prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines Integrate AI capabilities into applications such as chatbots, automation workflows, and recommendation systems Development Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code with strong emphasis on: Unit and integration testing Security best practices (OWASP Top 10) Code coverage and review standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices System Integrations & Platform Development: Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices Integrate with third-party systems and enterprise APIs Design modules such as: Campaign management systems Workflow automation engines Reporting and analytics pipelines Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team/squad of engineers (1–2 years leadership experience expected) Drive sprint delivery, code reviews, and engineering best practices Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with CTOs, product managers, and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences Tech Stack- Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Context, Router) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express preferred) REST API design & microservices Database: MongoDB, NoSQL databases AI / ML: OpenAI / LLM APIs LangChain / LangGraph RAG pipelines & vector DBs DevOps & Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm CI/CD pipelines Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Mandatory Skills: 7–8+ years of experience in full-stack development Strong hands-on expertise in MERN stack Experience in AI/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, or LangChain) (Hands-on preferred; POC-level acceptable if solid understanding) 1–2 years of team leadership experience Strong knowledge of: API design and distributed systems Testing (unit, integration) Security and performance optimization Experience with modern developer tools (Git, CI/CD, debugging) Desired Skills: Prompt engineering and agent-based systems Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) Event-driven architectures Familiarity with: AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) Observability tools (logging, tracing) Education: BE/ BTech / BSC / MCA
