About the role
Microsoft 365 Copilot Support Engineer (L2) Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Support Engineer (L2) to provide operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and adoption enablement for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven productivity solutions. The role involves handling escalated incidents, managing service requests, enabling Copilot deployments across multiple environments, and ensuring adherence to SLA, governance, and security standards. Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Platform Administration Microsoft Teams Administration SharePoint Online Administration OneDrive for Business Support Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Troubleshooting and Customer Support Microsoft 365 Administration Preferred Skills Power Apps Power Virtual Agents Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) Exchange Online Microsoft Graph API AI-enabled Microsoft Solutions Automation and Workflow Design ServiceNow or ITSM Tools Knowledge of Microsoft Security & Compliance Center Required Experience 3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 administration and support. Experience with Copilot Studio , Power Automate , and Power Platform . Experience in customer-facing support and troubleshooting environments. Exposure to enterprise ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience supporting AI-enabled productivity and automation solutions is highly preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certification (Preferred) Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Applied Skills – Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 ITIL Foundation Certification
