Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) to support a large-scale ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration project for a global client. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP CO processes, S/4HANA migration activities, integration with other SAP modules, and experience working in multinational project environments. Key Responsibilities Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration activities for SAP CO processes. Analyze existing CO business processes and provide S/4HANA solution recommendations. Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Perform system configuration, testing, data validation, and post-migration support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and Basis teams, to ensure seamless integration. Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials. Interact with global and overseas stakeholders across different time zones. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP CO implementation and support projects. Proven experience in ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects. Strong knowledge of: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Internal Orders (IO) Product Costing (PC) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Period-End Closing Activities Cost Element Accounting Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling innovations. Experience in integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules. Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and user support. Ability to work effectively in global and multicultural environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international or overseas clients. SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Controlling is an added advantage. Exposure to multiple end-to-end implementation or migration projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
