Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM integration to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations, support, and enhancement projects, with a solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and integration between Finance and Materials Management modules. Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting (PCA). Work extensively on SAP MM integration with FICO, covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional consultants. Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user support activities. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Conduct user training sessions and prepare project documentation. Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP FICO with 8+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in SAP MM integration, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Good understanding of FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Taxation. Experience in CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. Knowledge of Automatic Account Determination and valuation processes. Experience in configuration, testing, and business process mapping. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
