Position - Delivery Manager - Java Experience - 12 to 18 Years Location - Noida Skills: Manager, Technical expertise, Planning, Estimation, Monitoring, Reporting, Team Management JOB DESCRIPTION : The responsibilities of the role include: Must have proven track record in successfully building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale product/projects in a complex technology Managing distributed scrum teams and a scrum of scrums delivery process, plan, organize and control areas of the IT delivery across multiple teams in partnership with various distributed delivery PMs, ensure projects are delivered within mutually agreed scope and timeline as part of the client coverage platform strategy Ensure Agile concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls while leading and demonstrating value-add principles to a team Instil best practices around coding techniques, architectural design, maximum code reuse, testability, application integration, performance, reliability, manageability, and security, and understand how this applies to an agile environment Support with PMO activities to provide Portfolio-program-project oversight and management for local and partner vendor resources Build effective and collaborative cross departmental relationships to enable timely and quality deliverables Ensure teams are following agreed and defined processes for delivery of software and support Provide clear and crisp status updates into weekly project - program governance updated and meetings Be credible and able to hold their own in technical and functional conversations with client Manager, senior analysts, and developers. Work with the distributed program - project delivery leads to enhance development processes to support the evolution of the team s ways of working Should involve in Technical and functional discussions to make sure team is delivering quality project. Provide time to time feedback to team and keep team motivated. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings and presenting to large groups. Ability to identify problems, to mediate issues, to develop solutions, and to implement appropriate course of action. Must be expert in: Activity and resource planning Estimation and planning techniques Controlling time management using capacity planning Controlling Schedule and Effort variance. Ensuring Portfolio Organization satisfaction Analysing and managing project risk Monitoring and reporting progress Managing reports and necessary documentation Assuring on target deliveries Team management and leadership skills Strong Technical Expertise Good exposure with Microservices Architecture Strong experience developing core Java applications across enterprise, SME, or start-up environments. Proven experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful API development. Experience in designing, building, and monitoring microservices. Solid background in persistence technologies including JPA, Hibernate, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL. Proficient in Java 11+, including features like Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps. Familiarity with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred). Front-end development experience using React or Angular with good understanding of leveraging best practices around HTML, CSS3/Tailwind, Responsive designs. Comfortable in Agile environments with iterative development and regular demos. Experience with container orchestration using Managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE). Working
