Job Description Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect (Marketing Cloud Next) Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract / Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next) to lead enterprise-scale digital marketing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable marketing automation solutions, customer journey orchestration, data integration, personalization, and customer engagement strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MC Next). - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing automation architectures. - Lead solution design workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders. - Define customer engagement strategies, segmentation models, and omnichannel marketing campaigns. - Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder and Next-generation Marketing Cloud capabilities. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM, APIs, and third-party platforms. - Build personalization strategies using AI-driven recommendations and customer insights. - Design and optimize data models, contact management, audience segmentation, and consent management. - Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. - Provide architectural guidance for Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Intelligence. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver marketing solutions. - Define best practices, governance standards, security, and performance optimization. - Mentor technical teams and conduct architecture reviews. .
