Job Summary: Total Rewards Workday Integration Consultant/Analyst Role Mission To design, build, and maintain secure, automated integrations connecting Workday Compensation & Benefits modules to the enterprise ecosystem. This ensures accurate employee data flows for payroll and vendor systems, reducing manual work and improving data integrity. Key Responsibilities Integration Development: Design and configure complex inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors (Benefits/Payroll), EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Document Transformation. Total Rewards Configuration: Configure Workday advanced compensation, bonus plans, merit plans, and benefits enrollment based on functional requirements. Data Mapping & Validation: Map compensation and benefits data fields between Workday and external vendor systems, ensuring accurate data flows. Annual Events Support: Lead technical execution for annual events such as Compensation Reviews, Open Enrollment, and total rewards statement generation. Troubleshooting & Support: Perform root cause analysis on integration failures and resolve production incidents related to benefits or payroll data. Security & Compliance: Ensure all integrations adhere to data security protocols, PII protection, and GDPR compliance. Reporting: Build custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to deliver actionable insights on compensation and benefits data. Required Skills and Qualifications Workday Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors). Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs. Experience: Proven experience in implementing Total Rewards structures in Workday. Education: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field. Key Integrations Managed Benefits: Weekly/Monthly integrations for healthcare providers (e.g., Green Shield Canada ). Payroll: Third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian ).
