Vice President - Software Engineering - (SaaS Product)

We're hiring a Vice President of Software Engineering – SaaS Platform| Noida, India Are you ready to lead the engineering function of a global SaaS platform that impacts millions across industries. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee the entire platform engineering strategy and execution — from building and scaling high-performing teams to driving the technical vision, culture, and delivery of a world-class SaaS product . As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will collaborate with executives across product, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to define and deliver transformative solutions on a global scale. What You'll Do Define and execute the platform engineering strategy aligned to the company's product and business goals Lead and guide the Platform Engineering organization in executing global R&D roadmap priorities. Build and mentor high-performing teams of 100+ engineers while fostering innovation and collaboration Collaborate closely with product management to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps. Ensure delivery of a reliable, scalable SaaS platform with optimal uptime, performance, and security Drive engineering excellence through Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making Drive initiatives for product transformation, including migrating and building new products on the platform. Ensure adherence to technology standards and procedures as established by Engineering leadership. Deliver engineering excellence in execution, technical vision, and direction, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy. Advocate for the continued adoption of Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, JIRA management, and sprint planning. Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding the status of the platform engineering team, highlighting achievements and identifying areas requiring additional support. What You Bring 20+ years of overall experience, including 15+ years in SaaS engineering and 10+ years in leadership roles.
