Job Title: Specialist IT Vehicle Services Technical Portal & EPC Location: Hyderabad Bengaluru Experience Level Needed: 3 - 7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Per Month: As per market Full Tax-Free Salary (Depending on Experience and Expertise) Job Description We are looking for a Specialist IT Vehicle Services Technical Portal & EPC to manage and support automotive service platforms, including Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), Guided Diagnostic Solutions (GDS), and technical service portals. The role will ensure accurate vehicle parts information, technical content availability, and smooth operation of dealer service systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive service operations, EPC systems, technical documentation platforms, and API integration support. Preferred Industry Experience (Mandatory) Candidates must have experience in Automobile or Manufacturing Industry , preferably with: Automobile Companies like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, BMW, Mahindra & Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki etc., Preferred Manufacturing Industries: Automotive Manufacturing Discrete Manufacturing Heavy Engineering Industrial Manufacturing Electronics Manufacturing Consumer Goods Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Vehicle Service Platform Management Administer and support Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) and Guided Diagnostic Solution (GDS) platforms. Maintain technical service portals to ensure availability and accuracy of service information. Manage Catalog Management Systems (CMS) for vehicle parts and service data updates. Ensure accurate mapping of parts data to vehicle models and VINs. Content & Data Management Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and vendors to update technical content, diagrams, and service information. Ensure accurate parts catalogs and service documentation are available for dealer networks. Maintain content publishing standards, version control, and data governance processes. System Support & Troubleshooting Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to EPC and service portals. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution. Support dealer service teams with technical documentation and portal usage guidance. Integration & API Support Support integration between EPC/CMS platforms and Retail/Dealer Management Systems. Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger. Assist in troubleshooting data exchange and integration issues. Continuous Improvement Collect and analyze user feedback from dealer networks. Identify improvement opportunities for system usability and performance. Support enhancement initiatives with business and technical teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Experience in automotive service operations or technical support is preferred.
