Director - Product Management CPaaS (Voice Focus)

Role Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for voice solutions Lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to General Availability (GA) Ensure compliance with global telecom regulations (GDPR, TCPA, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance user experience Key Deliverables: Market analysis and product differentiation based on trends and customer feedback Successful delivery of scalable, reliable voice solutions Effective go-to-market strategy including pricing, packaging, and messaging Defined KPIs to track adoption, performance, and ROI
