About the role
Description : We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React) to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams, ownership of architecture and code quality, and contribution to modern UI and backend systems. Role : Full stack Engineer (Nodejs & ReactJs) Experience : 6 to 9 Years Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities - Architect, design, and build scalable web applications - Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security - Build and maintain a reusable UI component library - Write unit tests to ensure robustness, edge cases, and usability - Manage releases for internal stakeholders - Develop and maintain internal tools and reporting systems - Collaborate with product teams to break down business requirements into engineering tasks - Work closely with engineers to plan, build, and test new features Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field - 6+ years of experience as a Web Application Engineer - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and MERN stack - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js - 4+ years of experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript - Strong experience with WebSockets and observable-based programming - Experience designing and working with distributed systems and microservices - Hands-on experience with MySQL and RESTful APIs - Experience building asynchronous client-side applications (AJAX) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Rollup - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills Good to Have : - Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra - Exposure to Vue.js, Angular, NgRx, RxJS - Experience building streaming or real-time analytics systems - Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Why Join Us - Work on modern, scalable architectures - High ownership and impact role - Collaborative engineering culture - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge web technologies .
