Senior Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

As a Frontend-Heavy Full Stack Developer (.NET + React/Vue), you will be responsible for building beautiful, high-performance frontend experiences and robust .NET services that are used globally. You will work closely with US-based teams in an Agile environment to deliver impactful products. This is not a maintenance role - you will have the opportunity to influence architecture, drive decisions, and build systems that matter. Key Responsibilities: - Own problems end-to-end from definition and design to deployment and monitoring - Build rich, scalable, and high-performing UI applications using React.js / Vue.js - Develop secure and efficient backend services using C# / .NET / ASP.NET MVC - Design solutions that scale across distributed systems and service-oriented architecture - Optimize performance across the web stack (HTTP, caching, async programming, CDNs) - Collaborate closely with US stakeholders in an Agile environment - Write clean, production-grade code with strong attention to quality and performance - Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous delivery pipelines Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development - Strong expertise in C#/.NET and ASP.NET MVC - Deep hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar modern JS frameworks - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles, asynchronous programming, and web architecture & optimization techniques - Experience building scalable distributed systems - Strong command of coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and version control Nice to Have: - Exposure to Azure or AWS Cloud - Experience with monitoring, alerting, hosting infrastructure - Prior experience in Agile & Continuous Delivery environments In this role, you will be working in a hybrid work model in either Pune or Hyderabad. You will have direct exposure to global teams and stakeholders, making this a high-impact Individual Contributor role.
