Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and NodeJS/ExpressJS for the backend. Your role will involve building reusable frontend components, translating UI/UX designs into clean code, optimizing applications for speed and performance, designing backend APIs and services, working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB), collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered features, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS/ExpressJS - Building reusable and efficient frontend components - Translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code - Optimizing applications for speed and performance - Designing and developing backend APIs and services - Working with databases to manage schemas and queries - Collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams - Integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered features - Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack - Participating in code reviews and following best engineering practices The qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in full stack development - Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS - Experience with at least one database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB - Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), DOM, and programming concepts - Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 - Understanding of REST APIs and API integration - Familiarity with React state management (Redux or similar) - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Good communication and teamwork skills It is good to have experience with Git or other version control systems, basic knowledge of deployment or cloud platforms, exposure to performance optimization and scalable system design, and familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
