About the role
About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Engineer with Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MySQL. You will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and modern web applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and NodeJS/ExpressJS (backend) Build reusable and efficient frontend components Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code Optimize applications for speed and performance Design and develop backend APIs and services Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB) to manage schemas and queries Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams Integrate third-party APIs and AI-powered features (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices Requirements Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in full stack development Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS Experience with at least one database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), DOM, and programming concepts Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 Understanding of REST APIs and API integration Familiarity with React state management (Redux or similar) Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodology Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication and teamwork skills Good to Have Experience with Git or other version control systems Basic knowledge of deployment or cloud platforms Exposure to performance optimization and scalable system design Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering Note This role requires working from office (Monday to Friday) in MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai Salary will be offered based on interview performance within 8-10 LPA Important: Experience Criteria (Must Read) This role requires a minimum of 1 year of full-time industry experience. Full-time experience is counted only when you are employed on a companys payroll after graduation. The following will NOT be considered as full-time experience: Internships Freelance work Open-source contributions Part-time or contract roles Candidates who do not meet the above full-time experience criteria are requested not to apply.
