Job Description PASSPORT MANDATE:- Skill: Cisco Voice (10 Positions) Experience: 3 to 7 years Work Location : Pune Notice Period: 30 45 Days MAX Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon JD: Basic Understanding of Cisco UCCE and its components like ICM , PG, CCMP , basic scripting Sound knowledge on Cisco VOIP networks Basic troubleshooting experience on Cisco Finesse Experience of Cisco support with skills- Incident change Management supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCH Contact Center Platforms Experience on Cisco Hosted Contact Centre for UCCE platform. Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC troubleshooting. Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request. Cisco Call Manager at some instances. Cisco IPCC UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM presence. Require to work in 24*7 shifts.
